Legal and limitations
Publisher details, what the tools and articles are and are not, accuracy and liability limits, and the disclosure policy for paid links.
Publisher
This website is published by Mario-Celestino Nardelli, an individual based in Italy, contactable at zeroesonesandyou@gmail.com.
It is a personal publication. It is not a company, not a registered advisory practice, and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the organisations or products it discusses.
What the tools are
The tools on this site are free, single-purpose utilities that run inside your browser. They are offered as they are, with no warranty of any kind.
Each one is built to be correct within stated limits, and each states its own limits on its page. They are aids to a decision you are making, not a substitute for professional judgement, a manufacturer's documentation or a measured value.
Specifically, nothing on this site is:
- medical, health or safety advice;
- legal advice;
- financial, investment or tax advice;
- an engineering, electrical or structural certification.
Cost and energy calculators produce estimates from figures you supply. Their output is only as good as those inputs, and real-world results vary with equipment, conditions, tariffs and use. Do not rely on them for a decision with a serious financial or safety consequence without checking the underlying numbers yourself.
What the articles and videos are
They are analysis and opinion, written by one person from publicly available information, at a moment in time.
This subject moves quickly. A claim that was accurate when written may be out of date within months, and pieces are not systematically revisited. Dates are shown on every article so you can judge how much weight it still carries.
Where something is reasoning rather than reporting, it is presented as such. Where a factual claim matters, the source is linked so you can check it rather than trust me.
Accuracy and corrections
Everything here is written in good faith and mistakes are still inevitable.
If you find one, write to zeroesonesandyou@gmail.com. Substantive corrections are made to the article itself and noted visibly rather than applied silently.
Paid links and sponsorship
There are currently no affiliate links, sponsored posts or advertisements anywhere on this site.
If that changes, the following rules apply and are not negotiable:
- Any link that earns a commission is disclosed clearly, on the same page, above the first such link — not in a footer and not after the fact.
- A recommendation is never sold. If something is recommended it is because it is genuinely thought to be the right answer, and where a product has not been used directly that is stated.
- No fabricated reviews, ratings, testimonials or review markup, ever.
- No advertising, affiliate link or third-party embed appears under
/tools/*.
Voluntary support through Ko-fi is exactly that: voluntary. It buys no influence over what is written and unlocks nothing.
Intellectual property
Articles, videos, tool interfaces and source code on this site are the publisher's own work, except where a source is credited.
You are welcome to quote from it with attribution and a link. Republishing whole articles is not permitted without asking first.
Product names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website, its tools or its content.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects your mandatory rights as a consumer under Italian or EU law.
Availability
This is a personal project served as static files. It may change, move or become unavailable at any time, without notice. No uptime is promised and none should be relied upon.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you retain any right to bring proceedings there.
